This year, the Dynamics CRM User Group will be having its annual user conference in St. Charles, IL (just outside of Chicago) on September 14-18. This event will be loaded with training and information sessions for CRM users of all types. Here is the formal description of the event:

The CRMUG Summit features a wealth of information-packed Educational Sessions and Role-Based Tracks that deliver Dynamics CRM knowledge and experience designed to help organizations optimize the functionality, flexibility, performance and return on investment benefit offered by Dynamics CRM.

In addition, the Summit provides ample opportunities for social and professional networking with other Dynamics CRM users, experts, peers, partners and Microsoft product managers and specialists.

Presenters this year includes many Microsoft CRM personnel and CRM MVPs. I am presenting the Using CRM with Outlook session in the Sales, Marketing, Customer Service track. My session is Thursday, September 17 from 4pm-5pm. I hope to see you there!
