Ok, I know this is old news (from way back in February 2007) but we just posted the Forrester CRM Study file to SonomaPartners.com, and I thought it was worth sharing this chart that shows how Forrester viewed the various CRM applications. As you can see, Microsoft Dynamics CRM received the best rating on "Current Offering" and the best rating on "Strategy" as well. Can't argue with that!

  1. Wouldn't MS CRM have to be higher up to qualify for the best 'Current Offering'?

  2. Microsoft CRM is not the highest dot on the graph, but they are in the top "band" which is colored dark blue and labeled "Leaders". That is what I was referring to.

  3. If you take out the strategy measure you will see that MS CRM's Current Offering is average in the market.

I take your point about them being in the dark blue, but this is largely due to good strategy.

  4. I find many good features of Leader CRM at http://www.leadorganizer.net They are offering lots of customization features, On-demand and On-premise CRM and both are integrated! With client management system user can gain benefits of both.
