Do you know that Microsoft has been very busy with updates and hotfixes to the Dynamics CRM 3.0 product? One of the best ways to keep abreast of the Microsoft knowledge base articles is to sign up with KBAlertz. KBAlertz provides an email notification system of the Microsoft Knowledge Base. You can sign up for whole range of Microsoft technologies, including Dynamics CRM!

After you register with KBAlertz and choose your technologies, you will begin to receive email notifications with the latest released kb articles similar to this one:

I am not a big fan of how KBAlertz formats the actual articles when you click the link from the email, so I will usually go directly to Microsoft Support and just enter the KB article in the search box and pull it up there.

A KB article also exists detailing all of the currently published Dynamics CRM KB updates and hotfixes.
