Microsoft CRM 3.0 review by ComputerWorld

Mark Evans of ComputerWorld posted a review of Microsoft CRM 3.0. Overall, the review had a very positive tone and highlighted some of the great new features in the following categories:

• New stuff for developers

• Modules provide more functionality

• Better data access

• More for your money

In conclusion, Mark summarizes his review by saying "Redmond gets it right". Of course we couldn't agree more. Microsoft CRM 3.0 is a quantum leap forward in CRM functionality and ease of use coupled with vastly improved I.T. administration tools. In short, it's awesome. We're counting the seconds until we can go live with CRM 3.0 for our internal system in addition to upgrading our customers.
