Microsoft CRM 3.0 Launch Update

Sorry that we have been somewhat quiet on the blog posts this past week. We have been working non-stop with the TAP3 (beta) version of Microsoft CRM 3.0 and it rocks! The new user interface and customization abilities are super slick. Unfortunately, our non-disclosure agreement with Microsoft prevents us from talking (and blogging) about how great the software is. Consequently, our ability to blog on Microsoft CRM is limited until 3.0 goes public (because who wants to write about version 1.2 anymore?!?).

However I do have some good news related to Microsoft CRM 3.0 going public. Next Friday October 14th there is a partner-only web conference titled "Microsoft Dynamics CRM Launch Update: Getting Involved as a Partner". The conference description states:

"Attend this meeting to get an update on US launch plans for Microsoft CRM 3.0 and how you as a VAR or ISV can get involved.  We are gearing up to make the fastest growing CRM product in the market grow even faster---find out how you can take advantage of Microsoft’s investments around launch to further your business." 

So we're hoping that Microsoft will make a public statement regarding hard delivery dates for the 3.0 version of the software. Of course, we'll post any public information we learn immediately...
